Returns Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, perishable goods and opened consumable products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ), customers are entitled to remedies if goods are faulty or not of acceptable quality.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
